We’ve featured Trip’s photography over here a few times now and we are always happy to share new work from any photographer that we have previously shown….
These images were recently sent over to us from a series trip shot at the America LeMans series stop in Baltimore; When talking about the shots Trip told us -
“Whenever I see coverage from a race, or any sporting event for that matter, it is always handled the same way; tons of close ups of the cars (or athletes) and no sense of the emotion or excitement of the event. With this series I wanted to focus on the feeling of the event and the spectators. Baltimore, usually a fairly busy city in Maryland, shuts down and pretty much turns into a racetrack for this event.”
