Silvia Miralles
Silvia was born on the Balearic islands in 1977 and her life has been a constant movement of ‘New smells, new friendships and new languages’; she is currently working in Barcelona as a designer and coordinator alongside Julia Pelletier for the international festival of illustrated books .

“These images talk about a passion that keeps on a secret garden, where time and space opens infront of you and you feel limitless… and at the same time, you can not live the passion. It’s like… when you taste for the first time a fruit, and, when you open it, you guess to find orange color and you see white in it, you imagine one pit in the center, and you find lots of pits like black pearls everywhere. It’s like… living in the Mediterranean and taste a paradisiac island, that, even far away and with a huge storm you feel on ecstasy.”
